Location: New York
Cornerstone Research US is seeking a Desktop Support Specialist to provide first-line IT assistance in our New York office and neighboring Cornerstone offices as needed. You will handle tickets from intake to resolution, maintain hardware/software, and ensure user satisfaction.
The role requires on-site presence in New York, with a Monday–Friday daytime shift and on‑call weekend coverage in rotation. Relevant Windows/AD experience and certifications are preferred.
