Volunteer: Operational Review: Recommend Project Management Efficiencies

About the Opportunity

This is a volunteer opportunity provided by Taproot Foundation, a nonprofit creating social change through pro bono connections.

• Design, clean up, and streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Train and onboard team members to adopt Smartsheet and SharePoint tools.
• Organize files and set up SharePoint to enable quick document access.
• Create wireframes for data integration tailored to each stakeholder audience to reduce confusion.
• Help team members transition from old ways to new tools, including teaching Smartsheet usage.

We have completed the PWC–Taproot Scope Athon event and need a team to implement the solutions outlined in our Roadmap worksheet. The project involves setting up processes in Smartsheet and reconfiguring the main "Z" drive using SharePoint.

World Cares Center was founded in the midst of the 9/11 relief effort to provide training and support to responders and disaster volunteers. Since 9/11, our services have expanded across the globe.
