Location: New York
CME Group in New York is seeking a full-time Hardware Support specialist to provide Level I hardware assistance, image computers for new hires, and coordinate workstation relocations. You will resolve onsite issues that can’t be fixed remotely and maintain precise inventory in the asset tracking system.
Responsibilities include assisting with hardware refreshes and upgrades, while meeting SLAs. A strong mix of Windows and Mac troubleshooting, reliability, and a learning mindset are essential.
