Product Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager – Finance Systems to lead the strategy, enhancement, and optimization of enterprise finance applications. In this role, you will partner with Finance, Procurement, Accounting, and Engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), and other financial business processes.

• Own the product roadmap for finance applications, including Net Suite, Zip, Coupa, Workiva
  , and related platforms.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Analyze and optimize Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report business processes.
• Lead cross-functional projects, including ERP implementations, system enhancements, and new product rollouts.
• Configure and optimize Net Suite through workflows, customizations, automations, integrations, and reporting.
• Create functional specifications, business process maps, and data flow diagrams.
• Partner with Engineering and third-party vendors to deliver system integrations and enhancements.
• Develop and execute test plans, lead UAT, and resolve production issues.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal platform performance.
• Support SOX compliance by partnering with internal and external auditors on system controls and technical walkthroughs.

• 5+ years of experience administering Net Suite and enterprise finance systems.
• Hands-on experience with Net Suite modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Payments, Suite Tax, and Reporting.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), Financial Reporting, and Month-End Close processes.
• Experience with Net Suite customizations, Suite Flow, Suite Script, Suite Talk, and Suite Bundles.
• Experience implementing ERP solutions and integrating systems using Workato, Mule Soft, or Boomi
  .
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Jira, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Experience supporting SOX compliance and audit requirements.
• Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with Coupa, Zip, Workiva, Kyriba
  , or Flo Qast
  .
• Experience working in a public company environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
