Job OverviewResponsible for providing the highest level of tactical and operational support for the implementation of Enterprise Clinical IT systems. Leads the design, implementation, optimization, change management, and issue resolution related to the enterprise system and the clinical and business workflows it supports.
Responsibilities- Assist, facilitate, and lead the implementation of Enterprise Clinical IT systems.
- Optimize system performance and support clinical and business workflows.
- Manage change and resolve issues related to the enterprise system.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure effective system integration.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Epic Module Certification within 6 months of employment start.
- 4+ years of previous work related experience with enterprise systems such as the Epic platform.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Familiarity with clinical or financial systems.
- For applicable positions, NYS clinical licensure (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, or other relevant allied health professional).
- Master’s Degree or major in Computer Science.
- ITIL or PMP Certification.
- Higher clinical or business workflow experience.

Salary Range: $97,000‑$145,000/Annual
