Job title: Low Latency / Ultra Low Latency Linux Engineer
Salary: $200,000-$400,000 + Bonus
Location: New York
The role is for a Platform Engineer to work on a low latency Linux estate, focusing on Low Latency Linux Infrastructure and developing and improving related solutions and technology.
You will build, design and architect automated solutions for scalable deployment in private and public cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities• Work on low latency Linux infrastructure and related technologies.
• Design, implement and optimize automated deployment solutions across cloud environments.
• Collaborate across teams to improve performance, reliability and scalability of latency-sensitive systems.
Core Skills / Qualifications- Chef, Puppet or Ansible
- Kubernetes, Docker, or Podman
- CI/CD
- Python, Ruby, Rust or Go
- Understanding of kernel tuning
- Low latency networking experience (e.g., Solarflare)
