- Hardware Support:
Provide Level I support for hardware issues, including repairs and replacements for peripherals and accessories. - Onboarding & Moves:
Set up and image computers for new hires and coordinate workstation relocations during department moves. - Technical Escalation:
Assist the help desk by visiting deskside to resolve technical problems that cannot be fixed remotely. - Inventory Management:
Maintain accurate records in the hardware asset tracking system and keep procedural documentation up to date. - Hardware Projects:
Assist with hardware refreshes and other physical technology upgrades.
- Previous experience troubleshooting and supporting both Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to address hardware failures and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Reliability and consistency in meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) for staff requests.
- Learning mindset and willingness to learn new technical processes and inventory tools.
- Full‑time onsite presence at our New York office; five‑day onsite commitment each week.
Pay range: $33.55–$55.96 per hour. Additional annual target bonus opportunities and equity program participation. Comprehensive benefits include health coverage, 401(k) and pension plan, education reimbursement, paid time off, and mental health benefit.
