The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join its global Infrastructure team. This hands‑on role will focus on the design, implementation, support, and optimization of enterprise infrastructure platforms, with a strong emphasis on Windows and Citrix environments.

This position blends operational support with engineering leadership, offering the opportunity to work on strategic infrastructure initiatives while maintaining high availability, security, and performance across globally distributed systems. • Design, implement, and maintain enterprise Windows and Citrix infrastructure environments across on‑prem and cloud platforms
• Support critical business applications, including trading and financial systems, while ensuring system stability and security
• Lead infrastructure monitoring, performance optimization, capacity planning, and incident resolution efforts
• Develop and maintain automation, scripting, documentation, and operational best practices
• Partner with infrastructure, networking, security, and support teams to deliver scalable and reliable technology solutions

• 10+ years of experience within enterprise infrastructure or systems engineering environments, preferably supporting financial services or trading platforms
• Advanced expertise with Citrix technologies, Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft cloud services
• Strong experience with Power Shell scripting, infrastructure automation, monitoring platforms, and CI/CD workflows
• Solid understanding of infrastructure security, authentication technologies, vulnerability remediation, and privileged access management
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills with the ability to support globally distributed environments and mission-critical systems
