The platforms engineer will work as a member of the global Enterprise Applications team. This role will focus on solution configuration in Office 365, including associated business transformation and workflow management and creation. Using SharePoint, Teams, Adobe Acrobat Sign and modern low code/no code solutions, including Power Platform, Nintex, logic apps, or similar platform technologies to streamline and automate business processes.

• Build and design new SharePoint sites and solutions
• Build and design new forms, workflows, or Power Apps to streamline and automate business processes, working closely with business units
• Deploy custom developed and third‑party SharePoint and other Microsoft stack applications
• Document site, list, form, and workflow configuration and architecture
• Manages site layout structure and content
• Provides solution support to end users as needed

• Min 5 years’ experience solution development/platforms engineering
• MCSE / MS certifications a plus
• SharePoint Online, Teams, and Office 365 administration
• SharePoint site and search design and optimization
• SharePoint Service management, including Microsoft Search service and Managed Metadata Service
• Nintex and Power Automate workflow management and creation
• Nintex Forms creation and development, both via SharePoint forms customization and via Nintex Automation Cloud
• Adobe Acrobat Sign integration, including API integration to automate transactions with Power Automate or Azure Logic apps including integration with SharePoint and Teams
• Power Apps creation, configuration, and administration, including integration with Share Point
• Microsoft Teams, Planner, and SharePoint integration, including Microsoft Lists
• Proven analytical skills with information systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently with business units streamlining business processes and supporting fast‑paced environments
• Power BI/Fabric solution development, administration, and governance
• Copilot Studio solution development, administration, and governance
• Adobe Sign group configuration, including API configuration to support group activities

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $ and $. The base salary offered to the chosen candidate will be commensurate with a candidate’s relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus [which is often a meaningful portion of the compensation package], and a robust benefits package.
