Role Overview

This role involves end‑to‑end ownership of firm‑wide intranet initiatives, including platform strategy, requirements gathering, vendor coordination, and user adoption. The Product Manager will collaborate with IT, content owners, and external vendors to deliver continuous improvements, optimize platform performance, and support content governance. The position requires a blend of technical understanding, stakeholder engagement, and project management to drive enterprise‑wide digital workplace enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project work streams for platform migrations, feature rollouts, and redesign efforts; support analysis, prioritization, and stakeholder communication.
  • Partner with IT infrastructure teams to implement platform improvements, including permissions, site configuration, and content governance.
  • Gather user feedback, monitor platform analytics, and recommend enhancements to improve usability and content quality.
  • Maintain platform health through routine maintenance, content review cycles, and issue escalation.
  • Act as primary IT contact for content owners, providing guidance on workflows, standards, and platform features.
  • Support onboarding of new content publishers and coordinate training initiatives to ensure platform adoption.
  • Collect post‑launch feedback, analyze usage data, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
Core Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Business, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in product management, platform coordination, or digital communications within a professional services environment.
  • Hands‑on experience with SharePoint Online, including site administration, permissions, content governance, and web part configuration.
  • Familiarity with modern intranet platforms such as Valo, Powell, or Unily.
  • Proven ability to write clear requirements, develop project plans, and coordinate with IT and external vendors.
  • Experience with site analytics, user adoption metrics, and platform health monitoring.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, One Drive, and integrations.
Nice‑to‑Have Qualifications
  • Experience working in legal or law firm environments.
  • Prior collaboration with training or learning teams on platform content.
  • Exposure to enterprise content management, digital workplace strategies, or change management.
