Role Overview The Strategic Analytics Lead is a high-impact role responsible for supporting the organization’s most important strategic questions. This individual will operate as a dedicated analytics partner to leadership, bringing structure, rigor, and clarity to complex, ambiguous problems.
The role focuses on translating executive priorities into actionable analysis, integrating data across sources, and delivering clear, insight-driven recommendations to inform decision-making at the highest levels of the organization.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Problem Framing Translate ambiguous, high-level business questions into clear analytical problem statements and hypotheses
Partner with senior stakeholders to refine scope, align on priorities, and ensure actionable outputs
Drive structured thinking across complex, cross-functional topics
Advanced Analytics & Insight Generation Lead end-to-end analytics, including data sourcing, integration, modeling, and interpretation
Combine data across central and business-owned systems to create holistic views of performance
Apply iterative analytical approaches to test hypotheses and refine insights over multiple cycles
Executive Communication Synthesize findings into clear, concise narratives tailored for senior leadership
Translate complex analyses into business implications and recommended actions
Support executive working sessions with data-driven insights
Ways of Working Highly iterative: insights are developed through cycles of hypothesis testing and refinement
Cross-functional: collaborates across analytics teams, data teams, and business stakeholders
Agile and responsive: supports both planned strategic work and emerging leadership requests
Outcome-oriented: focused on delivering clear, actionable insights rather than just analysis
What You'll Bring:
Experience6–10+ years in analytics, strategy, consulting, or a related field
Experience working on complex, ambiguous business problems with senior stakeholders
Background in financial services, insurance, or similar industries preferred
Technical & Analytical Skills Strong analytical toolkit (SQL, Python/R, data visualization tools)
Experience working with large, complex, and fragmented datasets
Ability to structure and execute end-to-end analyses independently
Leadership & Communication Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills
Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders
Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Pay Transparency Salary Range: $119,000-$170,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual’s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible to participate in an incentive program.
