Expert It Business Consultant Sales And Logistics

• Act as subject-matter expert for Sales & Distribution, Pricing, Condition Contract Management, ATP, Order Fulfillment, and Logistics and Logistics Execution and be familiar with retail and omnichannel processes; specific insights into the Asia Pacific markets are a plus
• Lead end-to-end SAP S/4
  
  HANA SD/LE projects including requirements, design, build, and go-live
• Integrate SAP with local Order Management Systems and logistics partners, ensuring scalable and stable interfaces
• Translate retail business needs into optimized SAP S/4
  
  HANA solutions following global architecture standards
• Manage SAP customizations, functional specifications, and development coordination
• Ensure legal and regulatory compliance within solution design for all supported markets
• Provide technical documentation, training and hyper care for key users and business teams
• Provide 3rd level support, analyze/debug and solve critical issues or escalation with Vendor
• Drive continuous improvement, process automation, and AI-enhanced capabilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, developers, architects, and external consultants
• Maintain technical documentation, integration designs, and reusable knowledge assets

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

• University degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistic or related field
• Minimum 10+ years of hands-on SD and Logistics Execution (LE) experience.
• Proven knowledge in omnichannel retail
• Strong knowledge in SAP S/4
  
  HANA SD, LE, pricing, and OM/OMS integrations, with strong understanding of retail processes and regional legal requirements
• Solution architecture and integration design capabilities
• Skilled in translating business strategy into scalable SAP solutions, leveraging automation and AI where valuable
• Proven ability to lead projects and work with global stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a hands-on attitude
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English
• Experience in retail or omnichannel business environments is a plus
