This is a hybrid role requiring both field‑level construction tech knowledge and general IT coordination skills, ensuring seamless tech operations across both project sites and corporate offices.

Construction Technology (Primary Focus):

  • Lead the implementation, management, and optimization of Procore across all construction projects.
  • Serve as the primary Procore administrator: configure project templates, manage user access, and oversee system workflows.
  • Train and support internal staff and subcontractors on Procore usage and best practices.
  • Analyze construction workflows to identify opportunities for technology‑driven improvements.
  • Integrate Procore with related systems (e.g., accounting, scheduling, document control).
  • Stay up to date on construction tech trends and recommend tools that enhance productivity, safety, and quality.
  • Develop and document SOPs for technology use on job sites and in the office.

Office IT Coordination:

  • Act as the internal point of contact for all office‑related IT issues
, coordinating with our third‑party IT provider to ensure timely resolution.
  • Manage onboarding/offboarding of employees with regard to IT equipment, access, and software tools.
  • Maintain inventory of computers, software licenses, and hardware assets.
  • Support IT‑related needs for internal communications tools, printers, video conferencing, file storage, and security systems.
  • Participate in IT planning related to office expansions, upgrades, or system rollouts.
  • Help define basic internal IT procedures and elevate more complex issues to the third‑party IT team as needed.

Data & Integrations (APIs / Automation)

  • Design, build, and maintain integrations with Procore via its APIs and webhooks.
  • Automate data flows between Procore and accounting systems, scheduling (e.g., Primavera P6), document control, and reporting platforms.
  • Develop Python scripts and lightweight applications (e.g., internal utilities, dashboards, data quality checks) to automate routine tasks and reporting (RFIs/submittals, safety metrics, daily logs, cost forecasts).
  • Collaborate with project teams to prototype & create workflow automations.
  • Power BI experience, familiar with building datasets, write DAX measures, create interactive dashboards, paginated reports, and publish to the Power BI Service.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 3+ years of hands‑on experience with Procore in a construction or project management role.
  • Familiarity with construction workflows and field operations.
  • 5+ years of experience in construction technology, IT coordination, or digital project management.
  • Proficiency in office IT systems, networks, and hardware (basic troubleshooting level).
  • Experience managing vendor relationships or third‑party service providers.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and training skills.
  • Procore Certification preferred; familiarity with other platforms like Bluebeam, BIM 360, Plan Grid is a plus.
  • Python experience (e.g., requests, pandas; bonus for FastAPI/Flask) for automation, data processing, and lightweight internal tools.
  • Experience with databases and SQL
    ; comfort with Git/version control.
  • Understanding of OAuth 2.0, secrets management, and basic security best practices.
  • Power BI expertise required, data modeling, DAX, creating and publishing dashboards to the Power BI Service.
