MyChart Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of build, maintenance, break/fix, and optimization for assigned applications within Montage’s electronic health record.
• Collaborate with application analysts, Clinical Informatics, Instructional Designers, and end users to maintain and optimize the Epic application.
• Develop, test, validate, and maintain Epic application components.
• Gather end-user requirements and evaluate complex workflows.
• Complete testing, workflow validation, and pre-implementation reviews of applications and modifications across all environments.
• Assist with software implementations, updates, and new version releases, and document project issues.
• Oversee implementation of upgrades, service updates, and participate in on-call coverage rotation.
• Follow team standard operating procedures, policies, and organization standard templates.
• Assist Help Desk with patient-reported issues, including investigation, resolution, and workflow training.
• Maintain focus on customer service, responsiveness, and excellent written and verbal communication.

• 1–3 years of experience in a technology or healthcare field (preferred 3–5 years).
• Knowledge of Epic software (MyChart, Epic Care Ambulatory, etc.).
• ITIL knowledge and project management experience.

• MyChart and Epic Care Ambulatory Core Analyst badges (must complete MyChart certification within 90 days of course completion).
• Additional badges:
  Hello World, MyChart Care Companion, Patient Financial Experience, Decision Trees, Patient Entered Data, MyChart Bedside.

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field required; equivalent experience may be substituted.

Salary range (based on years of relevant experience): $108,825 – $145,579.

Hourly pay range: $52.32 – $69.99 per hour.

Full-time (exempt). Remote-local position; must reside in California and work primarily from home within commuting distance to Monterey, CA.
