Senior UI​/UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experiencedSenior UI/UX Designerto join our team. In this role, you will lead the design of user-centric digital experiences for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and effective. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant and functional design solutions.

As a Senior UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for driving the user experience strategy, creating high-quality design deliverables, and mentoring junior designers. You will use your deep understanding of user behavior, design principles, and best practices to craft experiences that not only meet but exceed user expectations.

• User Research: Conduct user research and usability testing to gain insights into user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.
• Design Strategy: Develop and advocate for design strategies and best practices that align with business goals and user needs. Create user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to guide the design process.
• Wire framing & Prototyping: Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications. Use design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
• UI Design: Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that adhere to branding guidelines and enhance user experience. Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across various devices and platforms.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of design solutions. Provide design guidance and feedback throughout the development process.
• Design Systems: Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across products and platforms.
• Mentorship: Mentor and provide constructive feedback to junior designers, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team.
• Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Bring innovative design ideas and approaches to improve user experience and design processes.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both UI and UX design for web and mobile applications.
• User Research: Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and translating insights into design solutions.
• Design Tools: Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, In Vision , or similar. Experience with prototyping and wire framing tools.
• UI Design: Strong skills in visual design, including layout, typography, color theory, and interaction design. Ability to create responsive and accessible designs.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to deliver high-quality design solutions.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating user-centered designs.
• Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.
