Location: New York
The Judge Group, INC. is looking for a highly skilled ITSM Implementation Project Manager based in New York City. The role involves leading full-cycle deployments of IT Service Management platforms such as Service Now and Jira Service Management. Candidates should have 12–15 years of IT Project Management experience, expertise in managing fixed-price contracts, and at least 2–3 end-to-end ITSM implementations.
Strong ITIL knowledge and excellent stakeholder management skills are essential. This position offers an opportunity to drive significant organizational change.
