As a Manager, Data Science at Rent the Runway, you will lead, coach, and develop the Data Science team while providing technical guidance and fostering a high‑performing culture. You will define the technical direction and priorities of the Data Science function to align with business strategy and deliver measurable impact. Additionally, you will design, build, and deploy recommendation systems along with personalization solutions that enhance customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
