** Job Summary
**** Job Description
** The Field Service Technician is responsible for providing comprehensive technical support to our clients and ensuring that our products are running efficiently. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a deep understanding of technology and company products.
Responsibilities:  Install, configure, and troubleshoot our products on-site or remotely in office  Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person  Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on our products  Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to identify and resolve customer issues  Create and maintain technical documentation and service manuals

Requirements:  Experience in a technical, electrical or mechanical field  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  Excellent communication and customer service skills  Ability to work independently and travel as needed
