Business Consulting (including Performance Improvement and Risk Consulting), Technology Consulting and People Advisory Services. Your key responsibilities:

• Technical Excellence Lead AI / GenAI/ Digital Transformation engagements for large enterprise/ Government transformation programs (Government and Public Sector – GPS)
• Understand client business processes, conduct As-is assessment, and translate client needs into clear FRS/ BRDs and "to-be" state.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements, conceptualise IT transformation roadmaps.
• Work with cross-functional teams (business, government stakeholders, data, engineering)
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, overseeing project execution.
• Define AI use cases, Functional solution architecture, RAG-based/ Agentic AI system designs aligned to business requirements.
• Drive end-to-end product/ solution lifecycle – from ideation, FRS/ BRD definition, roadmap planning to execution support
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Ability to lead new proposals/ business development avenues/ pre sales initiatives across domains (Finance domain/ Public finance domain preferred)
• Experience working on end-to-end AI use cases/ POC development would be preferrable
• People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
