- Strong knowledge of EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, and VLAN technologies
- Experience with Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
- Professional Services/ Consulting background
- Certifications:
CCNP or CCIE - Cisco Security Specialization
- Broadcom AVI Certification
- Palo Alto Certifications
- Fortinet Certification
An employer is seeking a Network Architect to work onsite in Manhattan, NY. This role requires deep expertise in designing, deploying, and managing complex enterprise‑wide network environments with a strong focus on Cisco Meraki Wireless, Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE), and SD‑WAN technologies. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, deliver innovative solutions, and ensure the stability and scalability of mission‑critical network infrastructure.
They will be joining a team of 4 engineers.
- Design, implement, and document Cisco WAN & LAN network solutions for large‑scale enterprise environments.
- Lead technical consulting engagements and provide comprehensive project leadership from design through deployment.
- Implement and manage Cisco SD‑WAN / Viptela / Fortinet solutions.
- Deploy and maintain enterprise wireless networks, including:
- Cisco Wireless Controllers & Access Points
- Cisco Meraki Wireless & Switching solutions
- Configure and manage EIGRP, BGP, and OSPF routing protocols in enterprise environments.
- Implement VLAN technology and ensure network segmentation best practices.
- Utilize network analysis, management, and performance monitoring tools to optimize network performance and plan for growth.
- Maintain accurate network documentation and diagrams using Visio.
