Delivery Lead – Connected Solutions Mid-Market Fulfillment (WMS, OMS, TMS)

Lead delivery execution across multiple programs/engagements within the Mid‑Market Fulfillment portfolio, ensuring quality outcomes, client satisfaction, and strong team performance.

• Delivery Leadership Across Multiple Programs
  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery execution across multiple programs or engagements.
  • Manage planning, delivery governance, escalations, and delivery risk.
  • Ensure consistent delivery standards, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and grow talent by coaching teams and partnering with HR/leadership.
  • Partner with client stakeholders and internal functions to drive adoption of change.
• Drive Innovation, Standardization & Speed‑to‑Value
  • Identify repeatable delivery patterns and convert them into solution assets.
  • Build and maintain templatized Fulfillment solution offers.
  • Promote standardization across delivery methods to improve predictability, cost, and quality.
  • Support innovation initiatives that improve delivery throughput while maintaining risk controls.
• Solutioning & Sales Collaboration (Proposals)
  • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and other bid teams to shape delivery strategy during pursuits.
  • Support proposal development: delivery approach, governance model, staffing logic, implementation plan, differentiators.
  • Create or review proposal content to ensure alignment with delivery execution, commercial expectations, and client requirements.
• Support and Lead Orals
  • Participate in bid Orals and executive discussions.
  • Lead oral sessions and coordinate Q&A responses with SMEs.
  • Travel may be required (25%–75% depending on business needs).

• Minimum 10 years experience leading delivery for small and large‑scale transformation programs and managing multi‑functional stakeholder engagement.
• Minimum 10 years experience in WMS, logistics, or fulfillment technology.
• Minimum 10 years leading large, complex WMS transformation programs in a client‑facing capacity.
• Minimum 10 years native SaaS Fulfillment / Manhattan solution experience.
• Minimum 10 years experience supporting bids (RFP/RFI), proposals, and orals in enterprise environments.
• Minimum 10 years experience in delivery governance, risk management, and program planning.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). Associate’s Degree requires minimum 6 years of work experience.

• Experience with solution architecture concepts (end‑to‑end, multi‑service solution design).
• Experience in operations mobilization / transition setups for new outsourcing or transformation engagements.
• Demonstrated metrics‑driven improvement (quality, delivery predictability, cost efficiency).
• Experience positioning Managed Services.
• Technical background in native SaaS Fulfillment / Manhattan solution.

Travel may be required from 25% to 75% depending on business needs and client requirements.
