Software Implementation Consultant, NY hybrid
A fast‑growing consultancy specializes in digital work operating systems and is seeking a NY-based Software Implementation Consultant to lead technical implementations in the ecosystem. This role blends client-facing interaction with workflow automation and scalable system design.
What You’ll Do- Lead end-to-end implementations of for U.S.
-based clients. - Plan and manage onboarding, configuration, custom automations, and integrations.
- Deliver webinars, workshops, and 1:1 sessions to coach and train users.
- Translate client requirements into tailored workflow solutions, including data migration.
- Balance technical build with client advocacy, coordinating with relevant team members.
- Provide post-launch support: troubleshoot issues, offer technical guidance, and suggest improvements.
- 1–3 years of experience in technical implementation, customer success, project management, or managed services within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Experience building workflows, automations, and data integrations.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users.
- Familiarity with APIs, Excel, and low‑code tools like or Zapier.
