Location: New York
Magna Legal Services is hiring a founding member of our Maggie support team. You will be the first line of contact for court reporters, triaging issues from Maggie product problems to hardware or network concerns, and guiding users through complex setups during live depositions.
You will collaborate with our Support Supervisor, Product SME, Magna IT, and occasional engineering partners to resolve issues quickly, contribute to runbooks, and build a knowledge base as we scale the team.
