We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Technical Architect to help define and drive the technical direction of our clients' environments and the our service portfolio. This role serves as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that every infrastructure, cloud, security, and compliance solution is scalable, secure, supportable, and aligned with industry best practices. The Technical Architect is responsible for developing architectural standards, designing technical assessments, architecting future‑state solutions, evaluating emerging technologies, and providing mentorship to engineering teams.

This individual will work closely with clients, project teams, sales professionals, and executive leadership to ensure technology investments deliver measurable business outcomes. As a key member of the team, the Technical Architect will help shape the future of our standards, services, and innovation strategy while serving as a trusted advisor to both internal and client stakeholders.

7–10 years IT experience

An emerging architect responsible for designing and documenting standard client solutions. Focuses on technical excellence, implementation readiness, and adherence to standards.

• Develop HLDs and LLDs for client projects.
• Participate in client assessments and discovery workshops.
• Create technical standards and documentation.
• Support sales engineering activities.
• Lead small‑to‑medium architecture engagements.
• Mentor Level III engineers.

• Recommend standard stack technology changes within approved standards.
• Approve standard infrastructure and cloud designs for projects.
• Recommend architectural improvements.
