Job Title: Desktop Support Analyst

Location(s): Niskayuna, NY

Experience:

• 3–5 years of desktop support experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide desktop support for Windows and iOS corporate devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
• Coordinate with multiple IT teams to resolve incidents and execute change requests.
• Install, configure, and support Microsoft Office, enterprise applications, and third-party software.
• Assist with Active Directory user administration and basic Group Policy tasks.
• Support end users by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on desktop support experience.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 7/10 operating systems.
• Basic knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Experience supporting Windows and iOS corporate devices.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, networking, web and application services, and cloud environments.

• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
