ImpactIn the role of Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for the operation, reliability, performance, and security of the systems that power institutional trading and settlement. Your work will ensure that our platforms remain fast, available, and resilient—whether running in colocation facilities or the cloud. The quality of your work will directly determine the uptime and operational excellence our market participants depend on.
Responsibilities- Own and maintain CI/CD pipelines—keep them running, fix them when they break, optimize when they're slow, and scale them as we add services.
- Build and maintain infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, and Git Hub Actions.
- Manage hybrid infrastructure spanning AWS and colocation environments.
- Develop and improve observability, monitoring, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and related tooling.
- Ensure container security, patching, and CVE remediation across Linux-based systems.
- Support high-performance trading infrastructure with a focus on latency and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and scale services built in Go, C++, and Type Script.
- Maintain container registries, deployment tooling, and release processes.
- Participate in on‑call rotation to respond to production incidents and ensure system availability.
- Contribute to security compliance initiatives including SOC2 requirements.
- 0 - 5 years of experience in Dev Ops, SRE, or infrastructure engineering.
- Strong Linux administration skills (RHEL/Rocky, Ubuntu, or similar).
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Ansible, Terraform).
- Hands‑on experience with containerization (Docker, Podman) and orchestration.
- Familiarity with CI/CD systems, particularly Git Hub Actions.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, VPNs, firewalls, load balancers).
- Comfortable participating in (and eventually leading) on‑call rotations, incident response, and post‑mortems.
- Bonus:
Experience with metrics‑based monitoring (Prometheus, Grafana, Alert manager, exporters). - Bonus:
Experience with AWS, colocation environments, or high‑frequency trading infrastructure. - Bonus:
Familiarity with Go, C++, or Type Script codebases.
- Salary Range: $125,000-$175,000 + equity
