Job Title
Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp. is seeking a Service Now Administrator to administer the Service Now platform for the MSG Family of Companies, ensuring proper maintenance and enhancement of the platform according to industry best practices. The successful candidate will work independently and with direction to resolve defects and deliver enhancements, and will have experience with designing and implementing large-scale enterprise ITSM implementations.
Requirements- 5+ years of related experience
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 4 years’ experience designing and implementing large‑scale enterprise ITSM implementations
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience in scripting languages like JavaScript, Python, Perl, Unix Shell, Windows Shell
- Experience with Service Now client and server‑side JavaScript and the Service Now APIs
- Experience with Scripted Web‑Services, AJAX, SOAP, REST SSO‑SAML
- Experience designing, developing, implementing business applications in ITSM, ITOM, SPM, and SPO modules of Service Now
- ITIL certification
- Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist
