About the Role
Are you passionate about Generative AI? In this role you will help our customers build and deploy GenAI‑enabled applications using Amazon Bedrock and help enterprise customers leverage these models to power end applications. You will engage with product owners to influence product direction and help our customers tap into new markets by utilizing GenAI alongside AWS services.
The Generative AI team guides AWS customers on building enterprise‑grade GenAI systems. This role supports the development of an architectural blueprint that customers can use to build their own enterprise‑wide Generative AI platforms, balancing democratization of access to GenAI with trustworthy AI, cost efficiency, security and best practices.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Advisor – Implement, deploy state‑of‑the‑art machine learning algorithms under GenAI; build prototypes, PoCs and explore new solutions; interact closely with customers and the academic community.
- Thought Leadership – Evangelize AWS GenAI services and share best practices through AWS blogs, white‑papers, reference architectures and public‑speaking events such as AWS Summit and AWS re:
Invent. - Partner with SAs, Sales, Business Development and the AI/ML Service teams to accelerate customer adoption and provide guidance on their customer engagements.
- Develop and support an AWS internal community of ML‑related subject‑matter experts worldwide; create field enablement materials for the broader SA population to help them understand how to integrate Amazon Web Services GenAI solutions into customer architectures.
- 10+ years of experience in technology domains such as software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking or data & analytics.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or an equivalent field.
- Experience developing technology solutions and evangelizing end‑to‑end technology roadmaps that guide IT transformations toward cloud computing.
- Experience communicating with both technical and non‑technical audiences at C‑level, including training, workshops and publications.
- Knowledge of distributed systems design and implementation or equivalent.
- Knowledge of large‑scale automation and workflow management or equivalent.
- Knowledge of database design and implementation or equivalent.
- Strong presentation and white‑boarding skills with comfort speaking with internal and external executives, IT management and developers.
- Experience architecting, migrating, transforming or modernizing customer requirements to the cloud.
