VP - KYC Operations Data Lead
Job Overview
The senior professional responsible for architecting, designing, and leading the development of innovative and scalable automation solutions. The overall objective is to leverage deep technical expertise and leadership skills to drive the execution of key automation initiatives and mentor other team members.
Responsibilities- Advanced Tableau Visualization:
Develop sophisticated, interactive Tableau dashboards that translate AI-generated insights and complex data patterns into clear, decision-ready visuals for stakeholders. - AI Integration:
Design and implement AI-driven workflows that augment data analysis, such as predictive modeling, anomaly detection, or natural language querying, and integrate these into existing enterprise systems. - Output Validation & Governance:
Ensure AI-generated insights are accurate, grounded in trusted business logic, and adhere to data governance and security protocols. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with data engineers, business stakeholders, and technical teams to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable AI and BI solutions.
- Data Handling:
Expert-level SQL and experience with Python or R for data manipulation. - BI Tooling:
Deep expertise in Tableau (Desktop, Server, and Online), including creating custom calculations, advanced parameters, and optimized data extracts. - AI/ML Knowledge:
Solid understanding of how to integrate Machine Learning models (via APIs, R/Python scripts in Tableau, or external integrations) into business reporting.
- 10-12 years of overall experience with data management and handling, advanced knowledge of Tableau and automation tools.
- Proficiency in SAS, SQL, Tableau.
- Understanding of agentic solution design.
- Strong experience in architecting and designing highly scalable, available, and performant technology solutions.
- Deep expertise in agent training, performance measurement, and feedback processes.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
- Strong exposure to program/project management, Agile methodologies, and planning development timelines.
- In-depth knowledge of compliance, security, and performance management in a production environment.
