IT Operations Lead

Our client is a leading AdTech firm, at the forefront of advertising and creative industries and the tools and technologies that power them.

In the New York office, you’ll be key in leading the MSP IT support for users, owning Information Security across Office 365, endpoint and Cloud (AWS) and driving application support for their products.

You’ll work directly with users to provide support across Office 365 and Windows 11, mobile devices and network and Cloud (AWS) infrastructure - A very varied role!

You’ll also be key in delivering an Information and Cyber Security roadmap and work very closely with the App Support and Platform teams to roll-out applications and products to clients across the US.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of IT Operations and support.
• Strong experience of end user support, excellent communication skills and a very “user-facing” mentality
• Info Sec experience and a great understanding of modern security threats and tools
• Application / platform support knowledge
• Solid, broad, infrastructure knowledge across networking (Cisco), AD, mobile devices and hardware, Cloud (AWS) Ops, automation and Dev Ops practices
• A problem-solving, proactive approach to work
