Senior Data Analyst & Insights Scientist

Overview

Pathway Partners LLC is seeking experienced Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and Data Governance Specialists to join our team for future projects. We are looking for data experts with a proven track record of turning raw information into actionable insights while ensuring data quality and compliance.

Required to have 5+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data science, or data governance, with proficiency in the following areas:

• Strong proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization
• Expertise in programming languages and tools
• Python (e.g., libraries such as pandas, matplotlib)
• R (e.g., tidyverse, ggplot2)
• SQL (advanced querying, database design, and optimization)
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark)
• Proficiency in creating interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Experience in database management and design (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices
• Experience in data hygiene tasks, including data cleaning, normalization, and quality assurance
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
