We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable IMAC Technician to support end-user computing environments. This role is responsible for the disconnection, relocation, reconnection, and setup of computer workstations, including new deployments and office moves. The ideal candidate is hands-on, customer-focused, and comfortable working in fast-paced corporate environments.
Key Responsibilities- Disconnect and reconnect desktop and laptop workstations during office moves or reconfigurations
- Set up new workstations, including computers, monitors, docking stations, keyboards, mice, and peripherals
- Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and upgrade issues when necessary
- Ensure proper cable management and clean, professional workstation setups
- Follow IMAC procedures, checklists, and documentation standards
- Test equipment and confirm functionality before handoff to end users
- Provide basic end-user support during workstation setup and transition
- Adhere to safety guidelines, security policies, and company IT standards
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with workstation setup, hardware deployment, or desktop support
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware, monitors, docking stations, and peripherals
- Familiarity with Windows and/or macOS environments
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (Ethernet, ports, cabling)
- Ability to lift and move equipment (typically up to 40–50 lbs)
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow instructions, processes, and timelines
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous IMAC, desktop support, or field technician experience
- Experience working in corporate or enterprise IT environments
- A+ certification or similar technical certification
On‑site corporate office locations - May involve walking, standing, bending, and lifting throughout the day
- Occasional after-hours or weekend work for large moves or deployments
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)

Job Type: Project Based
Expected hours: 20-40 per week
Compensation Package:
- Hourly Pay
- $20 - $25 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Nights as needed
- Overtime
