You will take ownership of the full client journey from the moment they sign, right through to the point where their teams are confident, trained and running independently. That means getting deep into how each institution actually operates - their fund flows, their reporting architecture, their finance stack - and making sure the platform fits around them, not the other way around.

You will lead kick‑off calls, navigate complex integrations, manage multiple stakeholders at once, and anticipate problems before they surface. This is a role for someone who thinks like a consultant, communicates like a partner, and delivers like an operator.

A serious player in enterprise crypto finance. They sit at the intersection of financial services and digital assets, providing the back and middle office infrastructure that institutions need to operate with confidence in this space. Well funded, scaling into some of the largest names in global finance, and building a team that can match that ambition.

• Several years of experience in consulting, enterprise software implementation or financial services – Big 4 or fintech background will stand out
• A strong foundation in accounting, reconciliation and financial workflows
• Proven experience delivering complex implementations in client‑facing environments
• Enough technical fluency to hold your own in conversations about APIs, integrations and system architecture
• The ability to move comfortably between a CFO and an engineering team in the same day
• A consultative instinct – someone who solves problems before the client knows they have one
• Any exposure to digital assets, crypto accounting or DeFi is a genuine advantage
