Role Overview
IITS Support Technicians provide technical support for instructional technologies, computer labs, libraries, classrooms, and offices. They work on‑premises and remotely, supporting students, faculty, and staff with computer hardware, software, networking, and AV systems.
What You Will Do- Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, networking, classroom technology, and AV systems.
- Troubleshoot and maintain AV equipment, and assist with user training for computer labs, classroom technology, and productivity software.
This role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, audio‑visual technology, and related fields. Certification in audio‑visual technology is preferred. The ideal candidate will have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
