In a multicultural context within the IT division of Orange Business, the “Billing” entity ensures the maintenance and evolution of the billing applications for Enterprise clients for France and internationally, and is responsible for the quality of customer invoices. The multidisciplinary team is composed of more than 40 people mainly located in three sites (Rennes, Dublin, and Rabat).

Within the “Billing” entity, you will join the “Billing Operations” team in charge of the maintenance and execution of the applications that produce customer invoices. “Unified SAFRAN” is one of these applications, responsible for processing the usage of Orange Business clients and enabling the billing of consumption of solutions. Unified SAFRAN is a very recent IT application based on the latest micro-services, Cloud native, and Dev Sec Ops  technologies.

This application is positioned to become the major application of the billing chain with the development in the coming years of all the functions of usage processing, valuation, and invoice generation. The Unified SAFRAN application team is currently composed of 3 people located in Rennes (one internal and 2 external). We are looking to expand this team to Rabat by recruiting a complementary functional analyst, who will become the application manager.

Your role will be to study functional evolutions requested by the business and technical evolutions to improve the execution of the application in production or requested as part of modernization projects of Orange Business IT. You will write user stories and be in direct contact with the development team that is outsourced to a partner. You will write functional and technical documentation and perform validation tests.

You will participate in the entire production chain from conception to deployment and daily operation, and will be particularly involved in qualification and business tests.

You will accompany the developers and help them produce quality, performant, and maintainable code.

In addition to these activities related to the change management process, you will be involved in support activities: functional support and operational support.

Your profile:

• You have between 2 and 5 years of experience
• You have technical and functional skills: we are looking for functional analyst profiles with technical skills to ensure operational tasks and business and technical support by consulting log files or database data.

• Mastery of documentary writing and in particular of User Stories, of their acceptance criteria
• Understanding of micro-services architectures
• Good knowledge of Cloud databases (SQL Postgre, No

• Good level of communication in French and English

• Knowledge of production trades
• Knowledge of the IT system of Orange Business and/or of an IT system in the billing domain
• Project management tool Jira/Confluence
• Competence in Cloud solutions (Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of continuous integration tools (CI/CD)
