AboutThe Role
The Analytics Enablement Associate helps administer and govern our Business Intelligence platform Looker and Data Studio Pro. This role handles platform reliability and user access management while supporting initiatives such as developer velocity, self‑service analytics, and AI‑assisted reporting.
You will report into the Data Manager II.
Work LocationThis position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days in‑office per week. Thursdays are a required in‑office day for team meetings and events, while the other two office days are flexible.
Pay TransparencyBase pay: $83,628 – $ per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, an unlimited vacation program, and annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities- Platform Administration & Access Management:
Primary administrator for Looker and Data Studio Pro, managing access control, asset management, and workspace permissions. - Triage & Support:
Point of contact for platform issue resolution and system reliability. - Platform Governance & Auditing:
Enforce data governance policies, maintain clean folder structures, capture metadata for discoverability, and monitor platform usage for performance optimization. - Developer & AI Enablement:
Support the AI, Data Science, and Analytics teams under the Data Management lead to improve developer velocity and configure AI‑assisted features. - Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 1+ years of experience in system administration, IT support, data operations, or a technical support role.
- 1+ years of experience working with SQL.
- 1+ year of experience in AI‑assisted programming.
- Experience with Looker and Google Data Studio Pro building reports or managing assets.
- Experience exploring, testing, or leveraging emerging AI‑assisted features or predictive tools within BI environments.
- Experience as a point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving user‑facing issues.
- Experience creating user guides, basic documentation, or quick‑reference materials for non‑technical users.
