• Develop, modify, and maintain complex programs for litigation support applications.
• Translate program requirements into code.
• Test, debug, and refine programs to process data according to specifications.
• Revise programs to increase efficiency and reduce operating time.
• Develop data entry screens and other user interfaces, implement standardized reports, and generate specialized and ad hoc reports.

• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Substantial, hands‑on programming experience in the relevant systems environment.
• At least two years of directly applicable experience.
• At least three years of overall programming experience, including large‑scale database management systems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Undergraduate degree in computer science, information management/technology, or related discipline (strongly preferred).

• Broad knowledge of Government IT environments, including office automation networks and PC/server‑based databases and applications.
• Supervisory or team‑leader experience.
• Experience in automated litigation support.
