RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior HCM Techno-Functional Analyst in New York, NY.
Overview:
We are seeking a Senior HCM Techno-Functional Analyst to support and enhance enterprise Human Capital Management systems within a complex organizational environment. This role requires a strong combination of functional expertise, technical knowledge, business analysis skills, and hands-on system support experience. This is a very flexible, hybrid role based in NYC. It is a prestigious organization offering a strong competitive compensation package including base, bonus and more.
The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between HR business stakeholders and IT teams, partnering closely with users to improve processes, optimize system performance, and deliver scalable solutions that support business objectives. This individual will play a key role in system modernization, automation initiatives, reporting enhancements, integrations, and ongoing production support.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as a senior techno-functional resource for enterprise HCM applications
* Partner with HR stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
* Design, configure, develop, test, implement, and support HCM solutions across multiple HR functions
* Analyze and improve business processes, workflows, and data flows to increase operational efficiency
* Develop and maintain reports, analytics, dashboards, queries, and integrations
* Support system enhancements, upgrades, patches, and production support activities
* Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support
* Troubleshoot application, integration, and data issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing long-term solutions
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
* 6+ years of hands-on experience supporting enterprise HCM platforms in a senior techno-functional capacity
* Strong experience supporting Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, and related HR functions
* Deep understanding of HCM data structures, reporting, and system configuration
Experience with :
* Application configuration and development tools
* SQL and data analysis
* Security administration
* Reporting and query tools
* System integrations and APIs
* Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, performing testing, and supporting production environments
* Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, change management, and release processes
* Proven experience creating functional specifications, technical documentation, process maps, and test plans
* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Experience with APIs, middleware, and enterprise integrations
* Exposure to automation, AI, workflow technologies, or process optimization initiatives
* Experience working within large, complex enterprise organizations
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
