Project Manager - SCRUM

Hybrid on site in Union Square. No C2C.

Project Manager with Scrum experience (long-term digital project)

• Conduct and facilitate Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Retrospective.
• Facilitate cross‑team coordination, tracking and following up on external dependencies.
• Help the team identify risks and dependencies, working closely with internal and external teams to manage them.
• Regularly track metrics such as velocity and burn down.
• Manage the product backlog: work closely with product owners to create, maintain, and prioritize a comprehensive backlog, keeping it clean and updated in terms of state, target dates, and linking user stories to appropriate features and epics.
• Protect the team from interruptions and distractions to maximize productivity.
• Foster collaboration, accountability, and visibility across the team.
• Build a trusting and open team environment where problems or concerns are raised without fear of blame.
• Guide the team toward higher levels of Agile maturity at a sustainable pace.

• Agile project management experience.
• Experience with Agile project management tools (Azure Dev Ops, Jira, etc.).
• Ability to manage a Scrum team.
• Experience working with stakeholders from multiple departments and project teams.
• Ability to quickly understand a complex stakeholder ecosystem and remove blockers efficiently.

• Scrum Master certification.
• Change management activities, including stakeholder communications.
• Facilitation of meetings with stakeholders.
• Supporting training activities.
• Identifying gaps and/or adding requirements based on stakeholder conversations.
• Prioritizing work or activities based on stakeholder feedback and project schedule.
• Identifying and resolving gaps in a given activity or process.

Must have a Bachelor's Degree.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $51,000–$57,000, based on several factors including education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
