Job TitleProject Manager with Scrum experience (long-term digital project)
Responsibilities- Conduct and facilitate Scrum Ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Facilitate cross‑team coordination, tracking and following up on external dependencies.
- Help the team identify risks and dependencies, working closely with internal and external teams to manage them.
- Regularly track metrics such as velocity and burn down.
- Manage the product backlog: work closely with product owners to create, maintain, and prioritize a comprehensive backlog, keeping it clean and updated in terms of state, target dates, and linking user stories to appropriate features and epics.
- Protect the team from interruptions and distractions to maximize productivity.
- Foster collaboration, accountability, and visibility across the team.
- Build a trusting and open team environment where problems or concerns are raised without fear of blame.
- Guide the team toward higher levels of Agile maturity at a sustainable pace.
- Agile project management experience.
- Experience with Agile project management tools (Azure Dev Ops, Jira, etc.).
- Ability to manage a Scrum team.
- Experience working with stakeholders from multiple departments and project teams.
- Ability to quickly understand a complex stakeholder ecosystem and remove blockers efficiently.
- Scrum Master certification.
- Change management activities, including stakeholder communications.
- Facilitation of meetings with stakeholders.
- Supporting training activities.
- Identifying gaps and/or adding requirements based on stakeholder conversations.
- Prioritizing work or activities based on stakeholder feedback and project schedule.
- Identifying and resolving gaps in a given activity or process.
Must have a Bachelor's Degree.
Compensation RangeThe target hiring compensation range for this role is $51,000–$57,000, based on several factors including education, relevant work experience, certifications, and location.
