Website Operations & Support Specialist
We’re seeking a Website Operations & Support Specialist for a 12‑month contract supporting a high‑traffic website that provides educational programs, articles, videos, and online resources for older adults.
The ideal candidate will be based in the New York City area and available to work in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays, although fully remote candidates will also be considered.
This is a hands‑on website operations and support role. You’ll manage Word Press content, troubleshoot user issues, support Salesforce integrations, work with outside developers, and help keep the website running smoothly for both users and staff.
What You’ll Do- Support users with website and account issues.
- Create, update, and publish website content in Word Press.
- Support Salesforce website integrations and registration issues.
- Work with outside developers to resolve bugs and implement enhancements.
- Build and maintain responsive web pages.
- Monitor website performance using Google Analytics.
- Help improve website accessibility, usability, and SEO.
- Experience administering Word Press websites.
- Experience supporting Salesforce users.
- Experience working with website developers or digital agencies.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
