Vice President, Investor Operations

Responsibilities

• Provide coordination and act as the primary point of contact between the business group and Technology teams.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication to ensure mutual understanding of goals, requirements, and timelines.
• Translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
• Manage new feature testing and communication between business and technology teams.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement and present data findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
• Utilize programming languages (Python, SQL, R) and AI code‑assist tools to create advanced data analysis and automate tasks.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends and tools to enhance project outcomes.

Education

• College graduate with a major in Computer Science, Information Technology, or General Business preferred, with outstanding academic record.

General Requirements

• Proven experience in a liaison role between business and technology teams.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully delivering technology projects.
• Proficiency in Power BI and experience in creating dashboards and reports.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, SQL, and R.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to senior management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Experience & Skills Required

• 7‑10 years of experience in technical project management or similar disciplines including product management at a leading technology company.
• Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power BI, Einstein Analytics).
• Experience using coding languages (R, SQL, Python).
• Proficiency with a CRM and managing CRM data. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
• Competency with Microsoft Office, Excel and handling big data.
• Experience working with alternative asset classes is a plus, but not required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 - $220,000 per annum. Total compensation may also include a discretionary performance‑based bonus.
