- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise SCADA or industrial control systems.
- Strong experience administering enterprise SCADA platforms within utility or industrial environments.
- Experience developing and supporting HMI displays and SCADA visualization tools.
- Experience configuring real-time and historical SCADA databases.
- Experience troubleshooting SCADA software, servers, and communications.
- Strong knowledge of industrial communication protocols including Modbus, DNP3, or similar.
- Experience supporting RTU and PLC integrations.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional operational teams.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- AVEVA Enterprise SCADA (OASyS DNA) or Similar SCADA Platforms
- HMI Development
- Real-Time Database Administration
- Historical Database & Reporting
- RTU / PLC Integration
- Modbus & DNP3 Protocols
- SCADA Troubleshooting
- Technical Documentation
- SQL & Scripting
- Gas Measurement or Industrial Metering
