The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with opportunities for overtime

As our Telecommunications Specialist - VoIP Support Technician, you'll install and configure VoIP systems, troubleshoot call quality and connectivity issues, and manage SIP-related concerns. You'll provision users and routing features, collaborate with network teams, and provide technical support to end users. You'll also maintain documentation and assist with system upgrades, ensuring smooth, reliable communication for our clients.

• Own a vehicle capable of transporting ladders and tools

Having your own tools and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs is a plus.
