Location: New York
Legora in Manhattan, NYC, seeks an M&A Security Lead to drive security across acquisitions from pre‑LOI diligence through Day‑1 and full integration. You will own the security work‑stream for every deal and manage the portfolio’s security posture for estates before they are integrated or decommissioned.
You will partner with Corporate Development, Post‑Merger Integration, Engineering, Legal, IT, and Product leadership, owning milestones and exit criteria.
