As a Senior Foresight Strategist, you will need to be a builder, working closely with the team to deepen relationships with Americas-based clients and grow the New York office.

Day-to-day, the role will be anchored in project delivery, growing client partnerships, and building team culture. You will have a hand in boldly stretching our technical and creative outputs to ensure that Synthesis thinking, workflows, and technology are ahead of the curve, differentiated from the competition, and delivering strongly to the region's sharpest insights and marketing professionals.

Commercial foresight storytelling
:
You will craft persuasive, memorable data-driven narratives and scenarios around how people will live, work and play, and how businesses will operate and grow in the next 5-10 years, including translating words into experiences to bring the future to life, presenting confidently and persuasively to influence the next steps of senior stakeholders.

• Experienced working with Google Scholar and Google Patents as well as census, search, social, advertising & e-commerce data
• Knowledge of quantitative, statistical and qualitative research techniques and analysis

A trusted strategic partner, not just a project manager. You will build deep fluency in each client's business, ambitions, and competitive reality, enabling you to lead projects end-to-end and provide recommendations that are not only future-relevant but commercially impactful.

, capable of leading senior stakeholders through complex conversations with clarity and conviction. You are comfortable commanding a room, adapting in real time, and bringing diverse perspectives together to drive meaningful outcomes.

• The salary range for this position is US $ 80,000—130,000
  , depending on experience.
• 20 days paid vacation per annum + public holidays and Company Reading Week.

The office is based in a studio, within a lively co-working hub, overlooking McCarren Park in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The role will require three days a week in the office.
