Location: New York
Innovee Consulting LLC seeks an IT Support Technician to provide onsite technical support at the DCAS Testing Center in Brooklyn, NY. You will install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain Windows and macOS systems, printers, and peripherals to ensure stable operations in a high-demand environment.
The role requires 4–6 years of hands-on IT experience, good communication, and the ability to lift and move equipment as needed. Occasional support at other MTA locations may be required.
