We’re looking for a Head of Measurement Partnerships to join Team Snapchat. The Ad Partnerships Group is responsible for negotiating and integrating ad product partnerships that drive accelerated growth to Snap’s Advertising business. As the leader of the measurement partner ecosystem, you will architect Snap’s future-proof measurement ecosystem, lead a high-performing team, and own the strategy across key areas including MTA, MMPs, Brand Lift, Signal Resilience, and Data Clean Rooms.
You will work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data Science to translate market shifts (e.g., Privacy Sandbox, SKAN) into commercial opportunities, driving the adoption of Snap’s monetization products.

Lead Strategy & Ecosystem Development:
Spearhead Snap’s privacy-centric measurement strategy, navigating industry shifts (e.g., SKAdNetwork, Privacy Sandbox, Android Privacy) and driving adoption of next-gen solutions like Data Clean Rooms and Server-to-Server (CAPI) integrations.Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and scale a team of Measurement Partner Managers who own individual partner ecosystems (MMP, MTA, Lift), overseeing key product integrations and GTM execution.Industry Thought Leadership:
Represent Snap at industry bodies (IAB, MRC, MMA) and partner summits; influence industry standards and elevate measurement rigor.Commercial Negotiation:
Oversee and structure complex partner agreements and joint business plans in collaboration with Mar Sci, Legal, Finance, and Strategy. Evaluate partner goals to unlock mutual R&D investment and first-to-market alpha/beta testing opportunities.Cross-Functional Product Influence:
Translate partner feedback into technical requirements that shape Snap’s long-term monetization roadmap.Go-to-Market Execution:
Collaborate with partner marketing teams and internal stakeholders to develop joint GTM motions, case studies, and educational narratives that drive revenue growth and advertiser trust.
Methodology Expertise:
Expert command of measurement methodologies, including MMM, MTA, Conversion Lift, Incrementality testing, and Geo-match experiments.Technical Fluency:
Deep understanding of ad tech architectures, including APIs, SDKs, pixel implementation, and data collaboration environments (e.g., AWS Clean Rooms, Snowflake, GCP).Strategic Communication:
Ability to translate statistical concepts into clear commercial narratives for executives and non-technical stakeholders.Negotiation Prowess:
Experience structuring and negotiating complex corporate agreements and data licensing deals at an executive level.Cross-Functional Agility:
Ability to build quick rapport and credibility with Product, Engineering, and Sales leadership.
12+ years of experience in digital advertising or partnership management, with at least 6+ years in Measurement Strategy, Marketing Science, or Ad Tech Partnerships.
3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams.
Proven track record navigating privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, DMA) and their impact on ad measurement and attribution ecosystems.
BA/BS degree or equivalent years of experience.
Advanced degree (MBA, MS) in a quantitative field or business administration.
Direct experience working with major measurement partners (MMPs such as Apps Flyer, Adjust; Brand Measurement firms like Kantar, Nielsen) or launching/managing Data Clean Room partnerships.
Compensation:
In the United States, pay zones determine salary ranges by location. Base salary ranges for this position are disclosed by zone:
