Job Description
The Systems Integration Analyst is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities related to integrating franchise data and systems into the organization’s information systems and infrastructure. This role supports the implementation of applications and systems required for integrated business operations. The analyst will manage franchise applications, data transfer, system integration, data storage, reporting, and analytics. The position also requires turning data into meaningful information, information into insights, and insights into business and operational decisions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and manage the integration of new applications into existing network infrastructure, systems, and software across the organization.
- Participate in capacity planning and assist in developing long-term strategic goals for systems and software with business users and department managers.
- Ensure new software integrations meet functional requirements, system compliance, data privacy, data warehousing, and other technical specifications.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and recommend improvements.
- Research and recommend hardware, software, network protocols, and integration solutions to support business and development needs.
- Install, configure, test, and deploy new applications, system software, products, and enhancements.
- Analyze technical documentation and application specifications to determine functionality and integration requirements.
- Troubleshoot application, server, database, and software issues by responding to help desk tickets and user requests.
- Improve business processes through system integration while minimizing operational disruptions.
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and prepare ongoing reports.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve system performance and efficiency.
- Coordinate and perform system testing, including user acceptance testing (UAT), for new and modified applications.
- Communicate application issues and system updates to management, stakeholders, and end users.
- Monitor, test, and optimize system performance while maintaining system logs and documentation.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Hands-on experience with hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Good technical knowledge of network hardware and industry standards.
- Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols, firewall management, and database administration.
- Experience working with relational database servers.
- Knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance (QA) methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret large amounts of data with attention to detail.
- Experience writing queries, reports, and presenting findings.
- Understanding of IT operations and industry best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the optical industry.
- Experience supporting franchise operations.
