We are seeking a highly technical Business Analyst who combines the skills of a Technical Business Analyst and a Systems Analyst
. This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical documentation, data analysis, and integration experience.
Required Skills:
10+ years of Technical Business Analysis / Systems Analysis experience
- Integration Specifications
- Source-to-Target Data Mapping Documents
- System Design Specifications
- Hands-on SQL expertise (joins, aggregations, data profiling, and validation)
- Real-time API integrations
- Batch/File integrations
- Retry mechanisms
- Ability to bridge business stakeholders and development teams by translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Excellent documentation and communication skills
- Government/Public Sector experience is mandatory
