Associate Workday Financials Analyst

Hybrid, Chicago or New York City candidates ONLY

• Support the administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of Workday Financials and related financial applications.
• Assist with the configuration and support of financial business processes, validations, workflows, and system controls within Workday.
• Provide functional support across Workday Financial Management modules, including General Ledger, Suppliers, Procurement, Expenses, Banking & Settlement, and Asset Management.
• Troubleshoot system and process issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to support business operations.
• Support system releases, enhancements, upgrades, and testing activities, including validation of configuration and functionality changes.
• Maintain process documentation and help ensure data integrity, consistency, and adherence to internal controls and governance standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional business and technology teams to optimize processes, enhance the user experience, and support digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and increased operational efficiency within financial system processes.
• Support end-user requests, system access needs, and ongoing operational activities within a controlled financial systems environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of security, role-based access, segregation of duties, and governance principles as they relate to financial systems and processes.
